Our warrior Gagik was born in Artashat town, in the providence of Ararat in Armenia. Upon graduating high school in 2018, he was accepted into Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction - majoring in Economics. On January 21, 2019, he joined the many brave men and women to serve his homeland in Artsakh. during his military service, he achieved the honor of becoming Senior Sargant of his squadron.
During the war, Gagik was deployed to defend Artsakh. On November 19, 2020, he was severely wounded and rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injures including face and body injuries, cuts, burns with lacerations. Both of his legs were fractured with blunt injures.
After days of being in a coma due to life-threatening injures, he has survived with many wounds and body injures that require a number of surgeries and continued care, and rehabilitation. Gagik is getting his medical treatments in the city of Yerevan, in Armenia.
